Another comparison was made by Shawn Hannity last week whereby he likened the $100.000,000 cut to an average family earning $40,000/yr cutting $1 from the family budget.

I spotted this other comparison on the web just today. It is equally compelling.
"Put another way, if the budget were a yardstick, the administration would be proposing to shorten it by 1/1000 of an inch. That's 25.4 microns, or about half the width of a human hair."
